I snapped this at Long Strand, Rathbarry on a fresh November morning.
We (i.e. the wife and dogs) had the whole beach to ourselves. I became fascinated with the textures and transparent colours of the surf.
The frozen wave almost looks metallic and I am intrigued by the glimpse into the wave – like a brief window into the vast underwater world out there.
